Joy-Ann Reid
Early on in her career, Joy-Ann Reid was dedicated to achieving her goal, despite hurdles and personal connections that she encountered. After her mother died when she was 17, she was orphaned and moved to the East Coast to pursue her education at Harvard University.

Rehberger worked as a co-anchor for television stations in Orlando and Oklahoma City after graduating in 1993 from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. MSNBC hired her as a reporter, editor, and anchor in 2003. She has since worked on a wide range of network shows as all three.
